ABOUT
Michael E. McCabe has been an Associate attorney with McClaugherty & Associates since 2018. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from The George Washington University and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1988 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Michael brings a wide range of experience in insurance defense litigation. Prior to coming to McClaugherty & Associates, he worked in insurance defense and general civil litigation since being admitted to the California Bar having taken many trials to verdict and handled a number of appeals in both state and federal courts.
